Jase, not really sure where to start and how to put into words what I really want to say, so I will keep this short and simple.

It truly has been a pleasure working together in Cash and latterly in the Fraud CoE with you as my Exec Coach. – You have always managed to motivate me and make me feel like I can achieve anything. You are one of the best qualified coaches in the business. Sometimes we just need that voice of challenge to steer us in the right direction. Your ‘voice’ always does that!  Your dedication, wisdom, and positivity have really made a difference in my life and I know the same for many others who report to me.

I believe the coaching has had a profound impact on myself and how I manage my workload, and how I manage my 500 plus people. I am a different leader now and one that is comfortable with dealing with issues in the moment and not letting them fester and become larger ‘snowballs.’ My team notice the difference in me. I was so pleased to find Jason while searching for a coach. It has totally improved how I work day to day. You don’t know how much of a difference you have made to my work and personal life.

You understood me right from the very start. Our time was focused purely on me as your client.
